Computer Rentals For Companies and Individuals [bestcomputersprices.blogspot.com]

Question by J Man: Are Mac Computers really worth it? I've heard alot of good and alot of bad. Biggest problem I see is that the software for Macs are usually VERY expensive, not to mention the price of the computer. Also, for example, on the iMac (costing $ 1200) it says 1GB RAM. This is very low, but they are said to run as fast as maybe a machine with 4GB. A guy said because Mac compresses more? True or False? Thanks Best answer for Are Mac Computers really worth it?:

Macs are worth it, trust me. Initially they won't run as fast as a comparable PC with 4 GB RAM, but with the lack of viruses in a Mac you'll see what he was talking about quite soon. The PC will slow down VERY fast. Plus when you get a Mac it lasts for a long time and is so ahead of the market it won't be obsolete for a very long time

Well let me put it VERY simple. Mac wants a good..... You can clicky the link. http://store.apple.com/us_smb_78313/browse/home/shop_mac/family/mac_pro And a good desktop that STOMPS that Mac to powder!.... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227118 Look at the specs, with the left over money, you can stick more stuff, get anti virus, and registry/driver/other program fixers or whatever. And it will keep it's value for a lot longer time over mac. Mac stuff is WAY to expensive to fix, and they are not worth it. I lean.... 80% to PC, 20% to mac. Only because I like the way they design their stuff. Other than that, they are running with bare feet.... EDIT: Conclusion... Apple Mac wants 500+ dollars to get 4GB of ram... 200 dollars for a 500 gb drive... (I payed 55 dollars for mine...) There is alot of things for the macs, and they are all VERY expensive.... Like a USB modem, 50 bucks. GL people who buy macs, only to find yourself lost paying for your home mortgage. And to find out you spent 5,000 dollars on your desktop, and you lose your house, become a bum, sell your mac to some nerdy kid, and only get payed 400 bucks for it........ End rant......
