Well, if your only gonna spend 700 dollars,you wont find a very fast laptop. If you want a reasonable fast laptop, you gotta spend at least 1200-1300dollars.

firstly there are many different types and brands you can afford but your best bet would be to buy a laptop depending on the the technical features also get the web cam separate as it will cost less that way so when going to purchase your laptop just make sure it has these specifications minimum so ask the sales rep or about the specs of the laptop as they will no (remember this is just the minimum you should buy for laptop to run smooth anything above this is even better for you) make sure laptop has minimum Pentium M / Pentium 4 512MB of ram 40GB hard drive Cd re writer Windows xp 15inches of visible screen
