Should've stated budget. Anything you can find that's --> NEW <-- and is concerned/labeled as a GAMING COMPUTER will run on high settings. WoW is NOT a demanding game. Look for atleast a core duo processor and 5xxx radeon or 4xx GTX graphics card.

Here are some great WOW optimized gaming computers. Centaurus Computers has great quality, low prices. For WOW Cata on high settings you would have to spend at least $ 800 to be safe, though in raids you may still see less than 30FPS occasionally. Aim for AMD Phenom II processors or Intel i5 and above, video card - at least ATI 5670 or Nvidia GT 240 512MB GDDR5. Get 4GB DDR3 RAM , and the rest of the PC accordingly.
