There are quite a few books out there that cover such material, but you can bet that it's going to take you quite a while to cover all of it. If you know what sort of problems you're encountering though, you can oftentimes use these books as a reference and fix the problem yourself. If all else fails, perhaps you can look into working for BestBuy yourself, if for no other reason than to make friends there that will help you with your issues and learn a little on the side.
