Haha, Dell's products and services are going downhill. If you haven't heard they are starting to take the same route as Gateway did, poor customer service and product too cut costs, which eventually led to no longer selling their products directly, now Dell is now selling their products in Best Buy b/c of this. Honestly, the best PC's out so far are HP's,but I would reccomend a Mac by all means. Mac will offer better value, and definately a better operating system than windows!
