Here are my requirements: -Lightweight -Could double as my reader for e-books, pdf, word, and other similar (and probably scanned) documents...just for the sake for carrying less textbooks -Can handle a little online gaming (it's fine if you don't know; I just want to make sure it fits the minimal graphics requirement an average person might have on their computer these days...like WoW for example, except I don't play WoW) -Has Windows XP as the OS...I honestly don't know if I could trust Windows 7 yet...what if it was worse than Vista? -Does not necessarily has to have a CD drive, but the addition would be quite nice. Suggest a lightweight non-Sony external CD drive if you want (or can). -Sufficient storage in HD, maybe at 40GB at minimum, but I'll still take a look at all other best recommended tablet PCs even if they don't meet this requirement. -Maximum length: 13 inches. I didn't say anything about refurbished, unless they have a tablet, but I doubt they would have many choices. The one I looked at 3-4 years ago, a Toshiba, which one of my friends got, I heard from him that the monitor easily disconnects if he tried to put anything on top of it. I dunno if he still uses that now because I hardly see him bring it around anymore. Come to think of it...the last time I saw his, it happened to be falling apart quite badly. It's just really odd that I only see 1 tablet PC from one manufacturer in a given store inventory, such as Best Buy or Circuit City when there are obviously more than just one. The Asus' model of a tablet I looked at a few days ago looked pretty good at 9" (my actual minimum preference is 10", but I didn't know how small these things will get), but it's a bit small for my taste and its storage is as small as 2 black Kingston standard flash drives, plus storage subscription. Not exactly the size storage I want. There's also not really much guarantee that I'll be able to get a decent graphics card technology probably at least two years old. I don't have a huge need to get the latest one, as it jack up the prices for a small, lightweight laptop anyway. It would also do me good if you would tell me the specs, not just send out links.
