I have been dealing with laptops for sometime now and can tell you from experience on my own and other gamers that if your main thing is gaming stick with an Intel processor. AMD processors aren't bad but seem a bit slow (Lag). Again just from MY experience and a few people I know of. Best bet would be to check out the games you would want to play on it, and read up on any problems certain processors or video cards may have experienced. usually if it's a MMO read up on the support forums or even some regular games have forums as well. But if the choice is between the two I would go with the 2nd option. I have used both Nvidia and ATI cards both companies are great but again read game forums. As long as the laptop says "Dedicated Card" your ok.
