Question by paul D: best computer out of the two? am about to buy a computer and i have 2 choices for the same price: One is an Asus desktop Core 2 Quad 2.5Ghz Processor 8GB DDR2 1GB Nvidia Geforce GT220 graphics card The other one is an HP desktop Core 2 Quad 2.33Ghz processor 8GB DDR3 Memory 512MB ATI Radeon HD 4350 Graphics card They are the same price. All the other things are the same too, like the hard drive, wireless and literally everything else. Please suggest me which is better from both. I need it to play games on. Also tell which graphics card is better. if i buy the hp i will upgrade the graphics card with ati 4670. would it then be fast enough to play grid on. Best answer for best computer out of the two?:

if by gaming you mean Crysis, C.O.D. 4 and Far Cry 2, neither one of them will play those games. Build a PC instead to get EXACTLY what you need. PC manufacturers like to call their computers "GAMING MACHINES" but they cheap out on the video cards and put in cheap crap like 4350s and GT 220s, neither of which is any good. Having said that, the GT 220 is far better than the HD 4350. It's still ranked 161st in the world by videocardbenchmark.net, don't expect to play anything serious on it.
