You can get most of your desired specs for a reasonable price you're not going to get a great graphics card which can run all the new games for your budget. If you want a good gaming laptop, you'll have to shell out $ 1000+. And it will cost even more if you want a 17" screen. Check out the Alienware M15x. It's a 15" screen but it's a solid one. I would recommend only Alienware laptops for gaming.
