Build or have one built for you. Stay form cheap parts. Or go to one of the big boys hp/compaq /dell go to the small and med business not the home and compare price get a bare bone system os,hd,dvd burn,memory. Add your video for pricewatch or local store.

Well building it yourself would be a good choice, other than that, I would say try here:http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/ you should be able to configure something that will play games at high quality, maybe not the highest quality for only $ 1200, but still at high quality. build it AMD Opteron 165 Socket 939 165 2gb OCZ Platinum Edition RAM 210 DFI Lan-Party nF4-SLI DR motherboard 140 2 7600 GS videocards 200 (for both) Sound Blaster Audigy 4 sound card 80 Zalman CPNS 9500 cooler 60 that is only 855 right there the Opteron 165 is stock 1.8ghz dual core but everyone OCs it to 2.7ghz or 2.8ghz everything i gave you up there is made for overclocking so don't worry i have about the same setup but more expensive 3gbs of RAM and a FX-57 so i know how everything works i play Counterstrike, Halo, and Battlefield 2 all on MAX right now i don't have 2142 yet so... yea the tower can cost anything preferably get a full tower or a nice looking mid-tower harddrive get it from newegg so as everything else the PSU, get a powersupply that cost around 150 ish so you know it is quality get 120mm fans on your case if possible best airflow least noise
