No, Steve Jobs,(I think it was him if not it was the company) said he was confident in the sale of apple products and said they aren't lowering prices.

It's guessed right now that apple might lower the prices on the iMacs, but it is unknown. Check appleinsider.com and macrumors.com for updates on apple's secrets. Check http://buyersguide.macrumors.com/ for best times to but apple products. Also, look into buying from apple authorized resellers (macmall.com) and educational discounts.
