the first choice is good enough but you will need some faster memory at 800mhz PC2-6400 DDR2-800

Why is your bus speed so low if you're making a gaming PC? 667Mhz is the usual home or office PC Bus speed. Your mother board[after doing research] allows upto 1066Mhz. Get 1066Mhz memory! At the end... both sets should not be the same. The Q9300 costs a lot more then the E4500. [Efbejeff] Fail

number 2 is good, Just make sure to get a higheram speed then 667mhz, and make it 4GIG of ram instead of 2, cause if you install vista, IT will take 1 GB for the OS and the other ones that are left for your system . I currently run one with 4gb of ram, but I got a slow Processor, AMD Dual Core 64x . with all my service and application loaded, My OS 64x edition uses about 36 percent of my ram. and that with using any application at first. For sure more ram will benefit you being you will be doing editing and game playing . that being said, Number 2 will be a good option, But dont forget to get a higher speed then 667mhz like the other OP stated.
