Question by : Help me choose the best gaming rig for my money? Ok, so I know Ive already asked questions like this a lot, but I still have not got it figured correctly! So what am I looking for exactly?, well I have a budget of about $ 1000-$ 2000, and want to get the BEST I can get for my money. (Computer parts wise ex. Graphics card, Video card, RAM, Case, Cooling etc.) For a HIGH-END gaming rig. Meaning I want to be able to play the high-end games or such on the highest settings! such as...Battle Field 3, Skyrim, ArmA II! (for awesome DayZ Mod :) ), Batman Arkham City etc. I am open to any ideas at all of Parts to use. (would prefer if you make a list of them with the price etc. and Maybe a good site to get them cheaply?, I am located QLD Australia. ) So now that you know what I am after. Thanks everyone for all your help. RAM doesn't really matter, just don't go overboard, 8 GB is fine. Just find highly-reviewed RAM sticks that aren't too pricey. Video card is easy, NVidia 560 Ti. By far the best value on the market today, it's about $ 230. CPU is trickier, and determines what motherboard you get. Remember than AMD plays nice with Radeon/AMD cards and Intel plays nice with NVidia cards. If you plan on upgrading in the future, you're best bet is to just buy a second of whatever video card you have, but you can only do so if you have the right motherboard combo. If you have an AMD motherboard, you can't double up on NVidia cards since AMD and NVidia don't play nice. Also remember to get a 700+ Watt power supply if you plan to go the multiple-cards potential upgrade route. If you're going to go the full $ 2000, dual 560Ti is the way to go, just make sure you get an Intel CPU/mobo and 700 Watt PSU. If you want AMD CPU, probably AMD 965 BE is still one of the better AMD processors right now, very overclock-friendly too. For Intel, get a good i5 or a medium i7, whatever your budget allows for.

Put most of your money into the graphics cards! i would buy 2 good gaming cards. As for ram, get 2000mhz ram which is some of the fasted ram around. As for processor, You would be fine with a 8 core bulldozer, water cooled at 3.2 ghz.

Well, here's my 2 sense in bud. Case: NZXT Phantom ATX Full Tower Computer Case (This is your own personal preference) Motherboard: ASRock Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3 motherboard CPU: Intel Core i7-2700K Sandy Bridge 3.5GHz Quad Core RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) (Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10) GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 570 PSU: Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-900 900W The hard drive is up to you. Normally I would just go with a 7200RPM 1tb western digital. But if you're willing to spend the extra money to really put this computer together and make a beast of a machine you can pick up a couple SSD's. But there's my custom build for you. Total price (Not including Optical Drive and HDD) is $ 1,329 But this is me going crazy and buying the most powerful units and combinations I can find. You can easily tone this down and still be able to play the games you want without any problem for a lot cheaper.

Interestingly, you'll find that the list of what is not included on a cruise is much shorter than what is included.
Accommodation
If you opt for stateroom accommodation, a cabin steward will be assigned to you and will attend to your every need. Your steward will unpack your bags, attend to dry-cleaning and pressing of clothes. They will arrange for your stateroom to be cleaned and refreshed each day, and even make sure your beds are turned down at night. The majority of these cabins come equipped with televisions, DVD, stereos, computer connections, and telephones. Most new ships may also include blow driers and bar fridges, though this depends on the cruise line.
If you decide to travel economically, you will find that the only services provided shall be the cleaning of your cabin once a day
Bathroom amenities most often included are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, razors, etc.
Because of fire hazards, irons are not furnished and are not allowed in the staterooms or cabins; however, your steward, or cabin attendant will attend to this and the service is offered at a reasonable fee.
The Library
Most cruise ships have a well-stocked library full of all kinds of books. These can be read in the quiet lounge area, or taken back to your cabin and read at your leisure. With current magazines, newspapers, new books, and board games you won't have to have a boring day on board. If you are an enthusiastic chess, scrabble, backgammon, or bridge player, join the many tournaments held at the cruise. Of course, they give out prizes to winners.< /p>
