Now, i am a gamer for life i dont care about price or bargains i just want the best of the best. there are things i do care about however ill make a list of what im looking for and not........................................................... What i do care about: Powerful prossores and graphics, quality and lifespan, RELIABILITY, customer support, and overall performance. What i do NOT care about: Price, weight. So yeah, thats the kind of Notebook computer i am looking for, i have narroed it down to either Sager or the Dell XPS. Also, please only answer if you have personel experience, i dont want anybody answering based on what they have heard, thank you. oh and can someone give me an opinion or fact on the Nvidia 8800ms in the Sagers. Do your self a favor...buy an HP...less money...high quality...seriously though...who is Sager? the XPS laptops are very nice. If I could. I would get the 13.1" model.

You'll get more for your money with Sager, but their laptops aren't always as appealing in terms of appearance. I had a Sager previously and really liked it. It never had a problem except a dead hard drive (after using it for 4.5 years). It felt sturdy and the dual fans in the bottom seemed to do a great job of keeping it cool. That model was a 17" screen and had a full hot P4 chip in it (not mobile). It only had the Radeon 9000 128MB mobile graphics though so the new ones probably generate a lot more heat to get rid of. Cooling the 8800gtx would worry me a bit though, since I don't see as much fan power as even my sager had. Now I just bought an Asus g1s laptop and love it. It only has the 8600m GT video but that runs quite well from what I can tell. It gets plenty warm but hasn't had any problems so far. I bought a laptop cooler to set it on which seems to help quite a bit when I plan to use it for long periods of time. It's relatively quiet too. The glossy screen is very nice, but some people won't like the reflections. For me I prefer dealing with reflections for having such a great picture. I also thought about a Dell XPS and those look like fine machines as well, but the pricing/feature combination never fit what I was looking for. I also looked at Sager and that would have been my next choice after the Asus. I went with Asus because of the generous included warranty (2 year standard with 1 year accidental damage coverage and 30 day full policy against any dead pixels).
