$ 1,000 budget? You can build a very nice computer with that. If you want a decent computer that you might use for just videos and internet capabilities, you only need to spend at a MAX of $ 500-600 www.cyberpowerpc.com has some nice setups, they are built for gaming...but look at the price of desktops under $ 700 and what they include compared to what you probably already have. I almost guarantee it will come with wireless capabilities, but if not you can get a wireless PCI Card for cheap at www.newegg.com
