When buying a computer don't walk in the store and ask "Whats is the best lower price computer" you will be sold a cheap not able to upgrade computer. So my advice is walk in the store and say "I have $ 1000, what the best system do you have that I can buy?" you should be able to get a good system, not walk away and maybe do I self or custom build. It will make the sales person think rather than just selling a cheap computer, also do some research. You should end up with a good system and save money
