Question by {catz.lover}: What is the best computer out there, in your opinion? I want to know what you think is the best computer out there. I want the best notebook/laptop, the best desktop, and the best tablet. They don't have to be PCs, they can be Apples as well. If you have any experience with computers, please list that. Also, if you have links, that would be awesome too. No price restrictions. You can list multiple computers. Thanks! Best answer for What is the best computer out there, in your opinion?:

"Best" is always relative. However, I'm a gamer so all my suggestions will reflect high-performance gaming PCs. As such, Mac is absolute crap for games. The best PCs, in my opinion, are Alienware. www.alienware.com

Of ALL computers I have experience since 1969. Systems programming. Of Windows I have experience since 1998. Of MacOSX I have experience since January 2008. I vote Apple hardware and MacOSX software first. I vote IBM hardware and WindowsXP software second. These in my experience and according to my research (last time I looked, PC Magazine, Consumer Reports, eopinions.com, Computer World, others...) were listed (in this order) at the top of the heap for ease of use and durability. I have one of each plus an HP. Pleased as punch with all. (IBM mainframes are superb too, if you want one.)
