Question by Carlene H: Best gaming laptop for price value? What I'm looking for: Something with a great graphics card that won't be extinct in the next year or two. Processor that will be able to run ANY pc game with ease. I don't multitask often unless I'm torrenting something. I have one or two things open at a time, as I don't multitask with applications. Utorrent, a game, movie, firefox, calculator, iTunes, and scanning/anti-virus software are usually the only programs I use on my laptop. Games I like: Elder Scrolls series (Can't play Skyrim, currently) Fable series (Can't play III) The Witcher (Can't play the original or sequel) Minecraft (with HD texture packs, it's too much for my computer to handle) I don't use any hardcore video/image editing software. I can run movies fine. I don't need a huge hard drive...I never even filled my 80gb ipod up halfway. I don't need a blu ray player if it's going to cost more. I don't need a special extra cost battery. I usually always have my laptop plugged in. Also I'm going to buy 16gb ram for $ 175 from Newegg to add on to whatever laptop I'm buying. Usually laptop customizing sites rip you off for ram add-ons. If anyone knows an even cheaper price for 16gb ram, please let me know. Thanks. Btw, price range is around $ 600-$ 700, give or take.
