bestcomputersprices.blogspot.com Best Movies Of Summer 2011!
Computer are forever changing and there is already so much buzz about the best laptops of 2011. A lot of the best laptops of 2011 are actually models that were released in late 2010. There have been not many changes since the beginning of 2010 nothing new has really come down the pike.
What you are going to find in 2011 is that a laptop you could not see yourself affording in 2010 will suddenly be right in your price range. That's right the more advanced machines are coming way down in price.
This is great news for buffs that want the best but have to stay within a budget.
Things to Look For in 2011
There are certain things that you can be sure to see in 2011. You will see sleeker designs that are much lighter and more compact. It is hard to believe that laptops can get any lighter, but they will. Think Mac Air Book.
Faster, faster and faster. If it is at all possible to get these machines moving quicker this is the year you will see that lighting speed we have all been promised for so long now. This is the year that the promises will come to pass. You can expect that the laptops will really pick up speed this year.
You can expect to pay lower prices for better laptops.
Companies to Look for In 2011
There are a couple of companies you should be looking at in 2011 if you are not already looking at their products. Companies like Maingear and Alienware. These companies produce affordable laptops that are great for gaming applications.
Related Searching for the Best Laptops of 2011 ArticlesQuestion by : Best Overall Laptops 2011-2012? Okay Im going to try to be detailed. This will be my first laptop and I have done so much research its unreal (and exhausting!) but I want personal experience, feedback, opinions, pros & cons etc etc. I have always had gone with HP computers and would like to get a HP laptop, but Im open to new suggestions. I need a good overall computer. Something with a 17'' screen, awesome Graphics, Speed, Audio, Speed, Battery Life, Wont over heat, Reliable, and decent cost. Price is sorta a issue (as it is with almost everyone) BUT I am very willing to save for my laptop because I fully believe in the old saying "you get what you pay for". I am a huge web surfer but most of the time its facebook, youtube, movies, songs, and tons of hard core gaming lol! I need a laptop that will keep up with me. The reason I say 2011-2012 because Ive seen sites like BestBuy that have the Coming Soon signs. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks so much! Im looking to spend $ 500-$ 1500, ($ 500-$ 1000 would be awesome if possible) but Im willing to save for it. My max price is $ 2000. I have heard of Alienware and what a awesome gaming laptop it is but $ 7000 is WAAAYY to much lol! I just want a great overall laptop that has a cool sleek design (doesnt have to have it but it would be awesome if it did), fast, good memory, audio, great graphics and big screen for a reasonable price. I love gaming and want a laptop that can keep up with me. Best answer for Best Overall Laptops 2011-2012?:

according to consumer reports, apple laptops are top rated in terms of reliability and technical support. apple just updated their macbook pro line a week or so ago, and will have new ones available some time in spring. if their price is too much for you, then look at systems by lenovo, msi, samsung or toshiba.

This is what i'd buy http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152266 But if you want more deal then go to newegg they have a whole bunch of review so you can't go wrong in buying something bad. If you end up with a lemon newegg has awesome customer service. http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=32&name=Laptops-Notebooks&Order=REVIEWS

How much do you want to spend? Alienware M14x would be my first choice if you can afford it? The reason I have suggest a smaller screen is because you have asked for a laptop therefore you want it to be mobile, alienware do a 17" version but I would always buy the smallest most powerful laptop and then plug it into an external monitor, tv or projector to get a better gaming experience. Do you want to buy this brand new? Regards Paul

Add. Details: Yeah, I was just pointing out the most expensive Alienware. There are Alienware computers for just $ 1000 or so, but Alienware is generally not a very good deal, because you don't get the components you deserve for that price. Apple is the same story, really, but at least they compensate for that with their strong and sturdy metal construction (that also has a great feel), awesome LED displays, amazing multi-touch trackpad (most certainly the best on the market), and their design. Alienwares are extremely bulky and VERY heavy, probably because of all the useless flashy lights that just look immature. I, personally, would recommend the new MacBook Pros for your budget. They have everything you are looking for. You could probably find a 17" for your budget. Remember Black Friday! And check http://www.macmall.com/ they generally charge you several bucks less for your product, but the best part is that you do n't have to pay an extra $ 150 or so in tax because MacMall is tax-free- they (most likely) don't have any stores open in your state, so you don't have to pay tax in most states (at least not in NJ I know). The only problem I see is that because Apple is packing so much power into a very very thin laptop, they might heat up a little when you are using the dedicated graphics. But you will only ever need to use the dedicated graphics card when you are playing hardcore games. I don't know if your games are available for OS X but if not you can always install Windows on it- it supposedly works great. So, overall, for a laptop that has a fantastic 7 hours of battery life, very good audio, probably the most reliable on the market, probably the best customer service on the market, and is overall a very very good laptop is the MacBook Pro. However, BEWARE. About two weeks ago Apple just released new MacBook Pros. They didn't announce the changes because there were no changes , with the actual design. You see, the 17" (and high-end 15") MacBook Pros used to have ATI Radeon HD 6570M video cards and I think 2.2 Ghz Core i7s. But now, without changing the price, Apple has included a much more powerful video card (the HD 6770M) and a 2.4 Ghz Core i7. The price, again, is the same. So, make sure nobody swindles you into buying the old one when you can get a much more powerful new one for the same price. Be sure to look into that. Also, if you can wait about half a year Intel will introduce Ivy Bridge processors and Apple is supposed to introduce a whole new line of MacBook Pros. They will be the same or less price, will be a LOT more powerful thanks to the Ivy Bridge processors (yet to be released by Intel) that they will have in them, and will have a gorgeous liquid metal design. If you can wait that long, and possibly longer because there is no guessing what Apple's next move will be, then you will get a much better laptop than today's MacBo oks. But, it might take very long and if you're not willing to risk being without a laptop for many months, then just buy the current ones (remember HD 6770M and 2.4 Ghz Core i7, NOT HD 6750M and 2.2 Ghz processor- that's the old one). If you want a PC, then you have to look at the HP Envy Series, which is less powerful than the MacBook Pro but also a little bit cheaper. Beware of HP, though, because they are notorious for poor quality, and their customer service is the worst in the industry by far. Every time you do an online chat the barely-English-speaking chat monsters try to lure you in into buying HP products. Check this out: http://www.granneman.com/personal/journals/hpsterribleservice/ Another PC alternative is the Dell XPS 15z, which, just like the HP has all (or most) of the looks of the Mac, but isn't as good in terms of performance, customer service, reliability (certainly cheaper materials than Apple), and just overall experience. I know you are a fan of HP, and I also know why: because they have fantastic components for a very low price. I DO know how they manage to include such powerful components for so little $ . They skimp on everything else. Customer Service you can look at that website I gave you. Quality is pretty bad. My $ 1500 HP died after just two years of use because the screen started fllickering and then the hard drive died. I don't like HP very much. Check this out: http://www.engadget.com/2009/11/17/laptop-reliability-survey-asus-and-toshiba-win-hp-fails/ I would get a Mac. PCs can be more powerful for less $ , but for the Mac, well, as you say it: "you get what you pay for." With Apple, you certainly do. Oh, and, just so you know, I only gave you PC alternatives that actually looked good, because it struck me that looks were pretty important to you. If not, then there are many more PC alternatives
